Where does your produce come from?
The large majority of our produce is California grown but seasonally we receive fruits and vegetables from South America, New Zealand, and Chile. You can request to receive local produce only. Just let us know!
What days of the week do you deliver?
We deliver everyday except for Friday and Saturday.
How do I put my orders on temporary hold?
Login, click View My Account and choose Modify My Produce Box.
Can I add A La Carte items to my weekly or bi-weekly produce box?
Yes, after you've picked the type of produce box you'd like, click the Keep Shopping button (at the bottom of the "My Basket" page) and choose your A La Carte items.
Is your website secure?
Yes, our website is 100% secure. DigiCert provides security to ParadiseO by encrypting data between it's domain and your browser. Click on the DigiCert seal to verify.
On hot days, how will you keep my produce fresh?
Most of our deliveries are made before 6:00am and the rest before noon. In most cases, the delivery driver will knock or ring the bell. If there is no answer, the driver will leave the produce box somewhere safe at the delivery location. You may leave out a few ice packs in a cooler and we will transfer your produce into the cooler. If you plan on leaving a cooler out, let us know so our drivers can be on the lookout.
What is your minimum order?
If you choose our A La Carte option, the minimum order must be $100.00 or more to avoid the $10.00 delivery charge. Our weekly or bi-weekly produce boxes ($30 and $40) have no minimum and are delivered for free.
What's the deadline to place an A La Carte order?
Please place A La Carte orders by 4pm on the day before your delivery day. Our weekly or bi-weekly produce boxes can be placed until 8pm.

I don't like grapefruits or winter greens. How will you know?
During the sign-up process, you have the option to create a "dislike list" that specifies any fruits or vegetables you'd rather not receive. We'll substitute an item that is acceptable to you.
Do you deliver to businesses?
Yes! Tired of junk food at the office? Our organic produce box works great for the office too! Keep in mind that if your office has limited facilities, you may want to omit any fruits that require cutting, i.e. melons.
What should I do with the empty box?
Your produce will be delivered in a re-usable box. Please be sure to leave your empty box out on the day of your delivery. We charge customers $5.00 to replace any box not returned after 3 deliveries. If you return a box at a later date, you will be refunded the box charge.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Do you guarantee your service?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee for the quality of our produce and the accurate packing of your delivery. If you're not completely satisfied with a produce item, we will promptly credit its cost to your account in full.
Do you have a referral program?
Yes. If a friend or relative signs up with our service for at least two deliveries and mentions your full name, we'll give a $25 credit. Let everyone know!
How do I signup?
Fill out our short registration form with your name, delivery address, email, and password. You'll start getting healthy organic produce delivered as soon as tommorrow. You must be 18 years or older to place an order.
OMIGOD! I forgot my password?
Take a deep breath and relax. On our homepage, there is a link (underneath the Login link) that reads "Forgot your password?" Click on it and provide your email address to have your lost password emailed to you.
Do you have gift cards?
Sorry, we don't at the moment.
What is bi-weekly delivery?
We will deliver every two weeks.
